I love how clean and residue free our carpets are after cleaning and how good they look and hold up even a year later. Most impressive was a stain we had this year that I really thought wasn't going to come out of our very light gray carpet. Our tech, Olivia was amazing, and you'd never know that stain was there. She answered my questions and took great care with protecting our walls and such. She is one I hope tq ask for next visit.

The technician that did a wonderful job on my old carpet was very prompt and very thorough and had good suggestions about a treatment prior to cleaning to help draw out some dog urine smell in one bedroom. He was very efficient and had a wonderful attitude.
