Zerorez does a great job but what sets them apart from other companies is the technicians. Mine was respectful of my phone, explained everything to me detail, and is a great guy! You can promise great service, but it comes down to that person who shows up and does the work.

First of all our technician was very kind and respectful. He called to see if I would like for him to get started earlier which helped tremendously. Our carpets look amazing…so very clean…carpets dry much quicker than the previous company we had used for years.

We had ductwork cleaning, dryer vent cleaning and antiseptic spraying. it was great! Very professional service, cleaner and fresher air. Recommend to others!

The lead tech was an artisan as well as a technician, which I greatly appreciated. He and his trainee were pleasant to have inn our home, and they were very professional. They took great pride in making sure special spots were removed. I've used your services for over a decade, and it's wonderful to see the service getting better and better.

I love the ZeroRez cleaning. Luis is a 10 in my book. He was efficient, cheerful, courteous, and takes great pride in his work. I actually referred 3 neighbors Lynn Thomas, Bessie Twomey and Elle Burney.

The only negative was trying to get a service scheduled. Your scheduler quoted me one price but failed to enter it correctly. She also messed up on scheduling my neighbor with the same tech. It took 3 calls to get that mess straightened out. At one point I had 2 techs here to do two units across the hall from each other. Fortunately the techs are more in tuned with efficiency then your dispatch.
Will I use ZeroRez again? ABSOLUTELY and especially if I can get Lu back for a repeat.
