Billy did a great job. I have 2 dogs and 3 cats. ZeroRes is pet friendly, drys in a few hours and the employees are always friendly and professional.

The serviceman was extremely honest and fair. He was able to remove spots in our rug that previous cleaning companies could not. I am waiting to see how our area rug turns out after being sent to your shop before I can make a final evaluation of ZeroRez.

I like that there are no TOXINS in your cleaning products. Billy was awesome yesterday at everything he did in our home. He was on time and called ahead to let us know he was coming. We really appreciated that. I have used you every time we need our carpets cleaned.

They always get my carpets looking brand new. And I have very light carpet. It doesnt leave my floor crunchy like other company's do.my technician was very nice and professional and the prices are fair with great deals. I will only use this company for my carpets.
