Zach the Tech called prior to his arrival and upon arrival did a thorough inspection of the carpet and pointed put any trouble spots. He was very professional, knowledgable and courteous.He worked very efficiently and was very careful when working around the woodwork and drywall corners as not to cause any damage. Highly recommend him if you want to request a tech. I have used Zerorez a few times before and they are now my go to carpet cleaning company!

The technician was very courteous and careful in our home. He explained everything and did a nice job in a reasonable time frame. He arrived when he said that he would. There were a few places that I thought might have been cleaner after it dried but overall they were amazing!

You always let me know you on the way at 30minutes out. Your techs friendly quick and do a great job. The carpet is never soaked and dries with in about 12 hours. I have used ZeroRez for many years and have always been happy with the job both on carpet and tile.
