Glad to have it dried before rating. Jordon was very quick with the job. I noted that he did not overlap the passes as other technicians had. There's a zebra stripe effect in the cleaning. Dark/lighter stripes. It is an oatmeal berber carpet. I will continue with you but will call out the technician if this happens again. Thank you, Name removed
