Also, a shout-out to Denise (I think I remembered her name correctly), who set up my carpet cleaning appointment and shared with me that ZeroRez is now cleaning ducts. The one stop shopping and exceptional service by everyone I encountered made for a best-in-class experience.

After the techs cleaned my carpet and ducts, my house has virtually no dust. As a note, a couple of years ago we had a different duct cleaning company clean our ducts after we installed new carpet and there was still an enormous amount of dust.
