The carpet was cleaned to the point it was fresh smelling, dried quickly with no stiffness of the fibers and all spots came out. Dominick was very friendly, knowledgeable about the service he was provided and answered the questions I asked.
My carpet was a mess from ashes, some spots in the high traffic area I thought would never come out and a few puppy urine spots.

The service both tehnician and office is superb. Extremely responsive. One area of my accent rug did not respond to the initial cleaning. Zerorez was out the next day and solved the problem. Very pleased.

I had great results with the cleaning, but now, one week later, some spots are beginning to show up again.
Pretty much everything. I have use Zerorez for the last 3 years. The ad card catches my need, the reservation people always work to find a date that works for me and Gunther did a great job masking my rugs look good. Simple.

The tech was great and did a very through job on the carpets. I have used Zerorez for a number of years now and have had only time that the job wasn't so good and I did not realize I could have had it redone. So you have nothing to lose by using this service. I give it AAA+.
