As usual, they did a great job. They always are happy to discuss what they can do and if you have them do some (clean stone floor) but not something else (needed to use a specific sealer so declined using yours) they were absolutely OK with it.

He called 30 min before he arrived, did a overview of the services provided, completed the job in a timely and professional manner, and went over the final bill prior to collecting the fees. This week's visit/carpet cleaning marked the third time we have had Zerorez in our home for carpet cleaning services. Can't recommend them enough. Zerorez was actually recommended to us by a son living in Las Vegas. Our (relatively inexpensive) Berber-type wall-to-wall carpets are 24 years old, and although we try hard not to track outside dirt, etc. indoors, nevertheless, 24 years is getting up there. Plus our pets challenge us regularly to keep the carpets clean and odor-free. Technician Ryan did a fabulous job this time--best of all three techs who have come to our home from Zerorez--and he was just the nicest person imaginable: helpful with some last-minute furniture moving, courteous and sensitive to a bit of early-morning family schedule disruptions.
Carpets look like new again!
Quality of Service is dependent on the technician. Tools are not good if not used. Recent tech was most effective because he took adequate time . An extra ten minutes can be important.
Like the product, carpets dry quickly. Wouldn’t use anyone else. Technicians are professional, work hard and do an exceptional job.
