Technician was very good. He explained room by room what hw would be doing. He asked me if I had any special concerns about anything before he started.

He went over the billing item by item prior to starting and the final invoice was exactly the same.

He used runners to cover all my hard floor surfaces which has never been done by anyone before. He used corner protectors as well.

He gave an estimate of how long he would be there and it was very close to what he has told me.

Ease of scheduling and professionalism of technicians

I like that I don't have to wait a week to 10 days. I usually get my carpets cleaned within a few days. I like that the technicians are always helpful and work hard. I like that it doesn't cost ridiculous amounts of money. I have a dog that was abused when he was a puppy and was never fully house trained. Zero res has been the best at handling the problems.
