The technician was on time and efficient. He took time to get out a few stains, and the carpet now looks great.

Most noticeable with the cleaning was the enjoyment of walking on it barefoot with the crunchy fibers as with other carpet cleaning. And of course, my light beige carper was completely cleaned.
