Our second tech did a great job. I will share that our first tech, although great, seemed to be in a rush. Not only did the stairs need to be redone, he left the carpet extremely wet. I didn't remember that result from past services, but I didn't question it until our tech for our redo, Ryan, made a point of doing a step after cleaning that took a lot of water out of the carpet.
I like your “flooding” tool but the price is excessive relative to the amount of time spent deploying the tool.
