I had two appointments in 2 days. The second appointment was to clean my shower walls. A young man named Tristan was the tech. He did a wonderful job and even offered to clean the floor at a small extra fee. He was great and did not ask for a tip but I gave him one. My first appt was to clean out my dryer vent. It cost $200 plus tip of $25. All that they did was go through the vent from my outside wall. Nothing was done to the dryer itself or the tubing that vents the lint out of the dryer. I am not happy with the cost of $200 for what turned out to be 10 minutes work. And the first tech said they would appreciate a tip. I did not appreciate that boldness for a job that took them 10 minutes and $200. I did give them one but resent it. I felt like I only got half a job.

I like how clean Zerorez gets the carpets. I really like that there are no chemicals in the cleaning fluids. I appreciate the care that is taken to protect the corners of my walls with the plastic shields and the wearing of shoe booties.
