I like the fresh, clean look and smell of my carpets. With Zerorez system there is no crunchy, soapy residue left. Just clean carpets that stay looking clean.
I also like that the technician, Bill, took the time to explain other products/services that Zerorez can provide. This was done without any up-sell pressure, simply providing and explaining availability.
For my next cleaning I will probably be looking at stairs/landing and hallways; I will be seriously thinking about tile cleaning.
