Nice people that came to my home. Explained everything.advised how to clean future spots(I have 3 cats) informed me of other services(grout cleaning). Made it very easy to have carpet cleaned, and I was really dreading it but was pleasantly surprised. Finally, the result was beautiful and I won't ever dread it again.

Carpets came out VERY clean, despite having been "lived on" by four cats and 3 dogs... and 2 humans. The condition of the carpets before cleaning were very good, but now they look almost brand new.
