The service is wonderful.The technicians are pleasant and are very informative. We have been very pleased with the results. We have had are carpets cleaned, furniture cleaned, tile and groat cleaned and a large patch done to the carpet due to a large ink spill.

I liked that the carpets were thoroughly cleaned and that the stains disappeared. We have had our carpets professionally cleaned many times over the 23 years in this house and I would have to say the Zerorez has done the best job of cleaning the carpets. We have had numerous pets (we currently have a young dog and an elderly cat) and have raised our kids here so the carpets have had a lot of wear and tear. The technicians (Seth was the head technician) really did an amazing job of making our carpets look so fresh that it is hard to tell that the carpet is 23 years old. It was also nice that there was no sticky or soapy residue left on the carpet afterwards. I would definitely recommend this company to others.

I like not only that it is soap free, but how well it cleans my carpet. My rental was cleaned with a rented machine when the renters moved out, but when I saw the dirt left in the carpet, I knew that Zerorez could make that carpet clean again! Thank you Zerorez!

I am extremely impressed with the job that Vance did cleaning my carpets! The carpet has never looked better. I didn't expect a miracle for we have been in this house for 25 years and the carpet was here before us. Granted it is a very high grade of carpet but a light color so it gets very soiled. Vance worked his magic with a very polite, respectful, professional manner. Zerorez will be my only choice in carpet cleaning in the future!

no chemicals, carpets were not soaked when done. all employees, from the person making the appointment, to the dispatcher calling to see if the tech could come early, to the tech were all very well informed, helpful and friendly.

There was no chemical smell associated with the carpet cleaning. The operator who came to do the cleaning was careful, polite & pleasant. He did a great job in a relatively short time. It took somewhat longer than I expected for the carpets to completely dry but it was not a problem for me. I will definitely use Zerorez for my next carpet cleaning.
