ZeroRez stands behind its product and service. I went out on a limb and hired them to service our home carpet, hoping that what I'd read would be true. We had just bought a home; I hired a company to clean the carpets... a month later, the stains started re-emerging. I was frustrated and knew I just needed to replace the carpet. However, I thought I'd go ahead and use ZeroRez to see if I could get a little more life out of the carpet and put off replacing it for six months or so. I had a problem with the first visit, but they quickly came back out, and wow, the product worked! I am so impressed. It's been about a month, and the stains haven't re-emerged; the smell from the previous owner's cats is gone, and I think I can get more than a year out of this carpet as they don't need to be changed any longer from filth... instead, it will be for a style change. I'm shocked that these carpets were white... who knew?

I have used your services for the last few years and was pleased with the technicians that you sent to my home. This time I requested Cecil who has done my carpets before. Your office sent a different tech and he told me that Cecil took the day off. The technician that you sent to my home was not as good as Cecil. He was an hour late and he did an average job. After the walk thru I had to remind him to rake the carpet. He was able to get the spots out and I pointed one out that he made and he just left it. I had to use a spot remover to take it out carefully. Next time I would like to know if I would be getting Cecil for the next job I schedule. Thank you.

The tech was very pleasant. He did let me know what he was going to do prior to doing it. He did a very good job. The carpets are still a little damp today but it appears most of the stains are gone for now. Hopefully, they will not return as the carpet dries and we walk on the carpet.

A last-minute cancellation initiated by Zerorez a couple days before (when it was originally scheduled), apparently because of equipment problems on the van scheduled for my cleaning, was inconvenient. I understand that these issues can happen, but Zerorez SHOULD HAVE offered me a discount. It's disappointing Zerorez overlooked this basic customer service and customer retention policy . . .
