I was disappointed in the outcome of the pet spot cleaning. I paid an extra $100 for odor elimination. I understand that it was not the top service but several of the spots still had smell on the surface. I purchased a pet spot eliminator enzyme and cleaned those spots today on my own. Overall, still satisfied.

Easy to schedule and great technicians

Our cotton area rugs are cleaned beautifully by Zerorez and returned to our home. Sofas and chairs have spots made by pets have been cleaned and disinfected and look almost new each time Zerorez cleans them. The men and women who come to our home take pride in their work and take time to explain their process while making sure their process will not harm silk or wool fabrics.

Technician was very organized, professional and thorough. I was able to get appt within a few days of calling. They are always prompt and communicate reminders, day before and when on way. We’ve used them for years and have never been disappointed!! Highly recommend.
