I am moving from my condo of 17 years and I wanted the carpets cleaned one last time. I had some old ground in dirt in a couple places and had no hope of those coming clean. I also live on the fourth floor and was very concerned when I heard they had to run a hose up through my window. Jordan, the tech, put me right at ease and he did the most amazing job. And when I was all done, there was none of that shampooed carpet smell. The entire process and results were way beyond my expectations.
