Carpet isn’t soaked with chemicals

I choose Zerorez because they use less chemicals and do not leave the residue. Also, the carpets dry quickly and the the service technicians are always courteous, skilled, and helpful.

I do need someone to do a carpet stretch before we do a specific room, and have learned ZeroRez no longer does that. That was a HUGE benefit to us.

Joe came in and did a wonderful job on my 12 year old carpet. Carpets look new. Tile in the bathroom look like they were just put in. He educated me on spots that need more attention and why. I would request him again, for my next appointment
