How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

The person cleaning our rugs used our sparkling clean bathroom. We're closing on that day and my husband had to go in and clean after him. It was very distasteful.we had just had our house cleaned from top to bottom the day before. You just don't come in and use someone's bathroom like that. Is highly inappropriate.

Great service. They did a great job and I love the fact there are no harsh chemicals. I bought the gym in February and the carpets and tile had not had a deep cleaning in a while. It looks great, what a difference. We got lots of positive feedback from our members.
