The person cleaning our carpet was very professional and he understood the situation I was in as the former tenant and did an amazing job solving the problem. Not easy navigating between landlord and tenant over carpet disputes . He did his job well and that’s all I can ask for!

We had Zerorez come out to clean our carpets, tile, and sectional cleaned and they did such a phenomenal job! Our technician, Julian, was an absolute gem! He's very thorough in the work he performs. He was very detailed in explaining to me the steps he was taking during the cleaning process and detailed in answering any questions that I had about after/maintenance. I recommend Zerorez and Julian for your cleaning experience!

Tech called ahead and arrived early. Polite and informative. Carpets are very clean. Price is reasonable. So great service at a good price!
Damage to bathroom floor molding and area carpet and pad on hardwood floors wet so carpet and pad moved off hardwood to avoid damage. Carpets and pad were extremely heavy for us old people to move.

The gentleman that came cleaned my tile. He left so much water on the floors that I had to mop the water up several times. It took over 8 hours to dry after that. I texted with the company and they said all they could do was send him back out “ to make it right “ I cleaned it up and didn’t want him back in my house. I told them I was hoping they would refund part of my money but didn’t.
