We have used Zerorez for our home and apartments for many years, they always do an excellent job. They are on time, courteous, and efficient. You book an appointment, you get a confirmation, you get a reminder two days prior to confirm and the technician calls you within a half hour of arriving to the work site. The process does not use harsh chemicals or soap. The carpets are cleaned with steam. If there are spots to remove they are spot treated. Your carpets stay cleaner longer because they are not full of soap cleaning the bottoms of your shoes. Our technician Jason did an excellent job, worked quickly and listened to what needed special attention. We have also used Zerorez for our kitchen tile floors, also with excellent results. I would not use the sealer on the floor because it makes it slippery. Other than that one item all of the work is excellent.
