The guy who came over to clean my carpets was very nice and respectful. I had a lot of work for him to do and he worked diligently from 1 to 5pm. I had pet stains and, for the most part, he was able to get them out. The place looks great and I would use Zerored again for sure.
We had carpers and area rugs cleaned by Zerorez and technician (Ed)..We have not been this pleased in a very long time. Carpets are softer than ever before. One well worn carpet in the bedroom looks much cleaner than expected. Area rugs are clean and dry without any damage to wooden floors. Technician Ed had answers to all of our questions.The entire Zerorez experience was the best!

I have used your services in the past and just recently on the 25th of August -
generally I rate you at a 10 but this time I am not as pleased - before the technician
left my home he mentioned that there was this "little" spot that remained -
well, there is a "little spot" that is about 6" in diameter - I don't consider that "little'
on a white carpet - I feel that should be corrected and hope to hear from you
regarding this matter

We found Zero Rez in Atlanta at least 20 years ago. We are using you in California now and wouldn’t have it any other way. The carpets always come out looking fresh and new even though I’m sure we’re going to have to replace them until you guys get here and work your magic. The technician was very thoughtful and worked extremely hard. He answered any questions that we had. I am giving him an A+.
Very professional staff. Called 30 minutes before arriving. Used corner bumpers to not damage the walls. Cleaned up afterward. Carpet was clean, removed all the dog urine and vomit stains and odor.
