Very efficient, and they were quick to me are a return visit (“reservice”) when a couple areas didn’t clean well. Now they’re clean!

Clean and green process that works. However, the promotional discount mailer does not work because of the minimum charge. Since there’s always the minimum, the “credit” from the discount can only be utilized in services, not price reduction.

I have used Zerorez for many many years, twice a year for my carpeting as I have young childen in the house and need to feel all is clean for crawling etc.

Salvatore came (usually I have the same regular Edward) Salvatore was very nice, he was done in less than 20 minutes for 3 rooms. I had it done 9 months ago, so I was overdue.

The products used by zerorez are better by far than any other carpet cleaning company I have used. Their method of cleaning keeps my carpet cleaner for at least twice the amount of time as any other company I have used. The technicians that come to my home have always been professional, careful, and kind.
