Ed was on time and he got stains out of the carpet so that was great! There was a bit of a mix up with the original estimate from our first carpet cleaning where they never included the offices and conference rooms, so we were charged more for that. Otherwise everything went well.

I had a great experience yesterday 10/5/22 having my carpeting cleaned. I have hired Zerorez before both at my own house in Woodside and at a rental I own in W. Menlo Park. The fellow who came out yesterday was very conscientious & he spent a lot of time. The carpeting looks great! His name was Marty. His work ethic was outstanding & he was very pleasant as well.
