I have to admit I was a bit skeptical of a chemical free cleaning, but had read great reviews. I’m amazed how clean it is and fluffed up the cushions are. Looks like new furniture.

The solutions and equipment used removed the tinge of soil without the use of excessive water. The equipment was light and not bulky which prevented it from hitting the walls.

Our white carpet was not dirty - it just needed a gentle cleaning.

I was disappointed that Santos did not spend more time on one spot which was caused by a workman's tool. He told me he applied 6 sprays on the spot -- it did improve but he was reluctant to keep trying. It would have been satisfying to me if he had just tried a bit more to remove the spot but by that time he was in a rush to get to his next job site.

This is the second time I've used Zerorez within 2 months. Your workforce is polite, respectful of the client's home and professional. My only recommendation is that when a client is concerned about a spot that remains on the carpet the carpet cleaner should spend more time to accomplish the request. That would have pleased me.
