I like that there is no soap used. I also like the beater brush used ...it really gets the built in dirt out and I have white carpet!

I recently had a white sofa cushion cleaned by zerorez. The technician was friendly and polite and did a very thorough job. The cushion had a pronounced stain from a spill on it and the tech was able to remove it completely. I had already had it cleaned by a different company and the stain came back very quickly.
