This set of technicians did a superb job cleaning my area rugs! They worked extra hard on nasty spots, wiped all wood perimeters around the rugs, and rugs required much less drying time than has been needed in the past. Bravo.

I've been doing dog rescue for 35 years and have been using Zerorez for at least 20 of those years. They do the best job around. The carpet isn't crunchy or sticky (just like they say) and they're able to remove smells left behind by a couple of my departed boys as they had some old-dude accidents as they got older and addled. The carpet doesn't take long to dry, and stains generally don't return. I even advertise them in my adoption packets.

The only thing I don't like is that they're not open about what they use to treat the pet stains. They say general things like "it's a nontoxic enzyme blah blah" no, I want to know what the active ingredients are, dude. Don't screw around with me - let me see what's in it! I haven't gone so far as to ask for the MSDS sheet on it yet, but I'm going to. Hopefully they'll be forthcoming when I do.

Anyway - as far as service, promptness, courtesy of the tech, effectiveness, etc... that's top notch. (Just USE them already!)

Zerorez provides excellent service at an affordable price. We have utilized Zerorez to clean our carpets a number of times and have been very pleased with the results.
