The work got done, but the payment receipt bill does not show paid in full, I had to call my credit card company they said charge went through, I still want a receipt from zero rez showing paid in full..

The process works! Your technician was personable and professional and persistent. I dumped a pan of lasagna on a light blue carpet. It took a whole bottle of your magic elixir to get out the stain, but it appears to have worked. We also had that room cleaned, plus our dining room and hall runner. All look great. Thank you.
