I was scheduled for the morning time block and Jason texted me giving me a 15 minute
heads up on his arrival time, nice touch. We did a quick survey of the areas I wanted cleaned and came up with a plan for everything (normal service, no extraordinary requirements) except the living room. Jason was very confident about the service and knew there would be no problem. He did explain the process and articulated with me exactly how the process would work.
Living room: not the worst he had ever seen, but definitely noteworthy. He offered a demo using the super clean process which is expensive. The time, explanation and observation of the process was delivered in a way that showed a level of understanding beyond his actual time on the job (new hire). With a bit more experience might be a good QC person to ride with new hires until they get their feet on the ground. So far things look good, but I have 30 days to correct any problems, which I like. So, Jason was professional, knowledgeable, focused, pleasant, enthusiastic and showed pride in his work, work products and the company supporting him. Need to find a few dozen more like him.

I very much appreciate being contacted in advance so I could schedule my day and liked that I was called by Jose Veraa half hour prior to his arrival at my apartment. Jose is very professional, friendly and a deligent worker. My carpets and bathroom tiles were cleaned well, efficiently and in timely manner.

Your representative (Jason, I think) did a great job in cleaning our carpets. He even used the corner guards to protect the walls. He worked diligently and did a marvelous job.
