The carpet is very clean, stains seem to be gone also. The service was excellent but I did not expect the carpet to stay so wet, I had the portable heater on set on the floor room but it took almost 28 hours to get completely dried.

I would use this method again only during the warmer months.

I've been using Zerorez for a couple of years now...this last technician did a great job! He used his infra red light to spot pet stains and recommended a special treatment, the results were the amazing...by far, this was the best result I have acheived from Zerores and I would prefer this technician going forward!

Justin shared the different options for the carpets and chairs really well. My mother in law really loved how clean he was able to get the carpet and chairs, she even got the carpet protector spray for her home.

Many of the spots came up after the cleaning and made my mother in law is so happy with the results.

The service rep showed up on time and was very professional, answered all my questions and delivered great overall service.
