My technician was very thorough, professional, and friendly. I was pleased that he took the time necessary to clean my carpet and airways. He didn't rush the process. He was also carefully maneuvered equipment in my home with care; avoiding any bumps/scrapes to my walls. I am also happy there isn't any chemical smell or residue on my carpets.

The technician was outstanding. He arrived on time, was polite and respectful, and did an excellent job, including on a difficult spiral staircase. He made my 40 year old carpets look like new. He was far better than the last one you sent me, a very pleasant fellow who did such a poor job that I had to pay somebody else to redo it.
