Dajuan was the right guy for our job! When he showed up, we had a few questions for him. He answered all our questions and concerns. He described what he was going to do, where he would start and why, and then kept us informed as to his progress throughout the process. When we have our carpets cleaned again, we will be contacting Zerorez and have Dajuan do the cleaning! Dajuan kept our house clean of any of his work related debris and cleaned up everything prior to telling us he had completed the work. Our 20+ year old carpet looks much better after this cleaning! Spots from whom ever and what ever came right out. No sign of them anywhere. We are very please with the process and Dajuan for doing such a great job! I was pleased that the process was minimally invasive, the price was reasonable and results were very effective. I liked the fact that the service was self contained and did not require the use of my water source. The time it took was also reasonable.

Effective

Ryan Williamson was great to work with. I would recommend him to anyone and want him when I do this again.

I found out about Zerorez at the Home Show in February. When Ryan came to my home, he told me that my order stated my home was tile and not wood laminate. The quote for wood laminate is more than tile, so we had to reduce the number of rooms to do so that the quote was the same as it was from the Home Show. Disappointed that I couldn't have all my rooms done at my original quote.
