I liked the fact that the company was into 100% satisfaction and I needed to have the technologist return for a retreat(ask for Adam Bishop) and he returned and worked relentlessly to remove a very bad urine stain from my cat and it was remarkable what he did and the processional way he handled the issues onsite.
