I know it was a cold damp day, but I think it took way to long to dry, had it done
on Monday March 31,and just felt like it was total dry this morning, April 3rd.
Both times the people were very professional and did not try a bait and switch which I came across with some other carpet cleaning companies. I also found that the spots are removed and do not seem to bleed back to the surface like other carpet cleaners. Carpet just feels cleaner.
