Adam, the service tech was friendly knowledgable and the carpets came out beautifully. They called ahead, took care to put on booties, and numbers and had the fans going so one room was dry before they left. A new special with a reduced price came out the day of my service and I automatically got a reduce price. Nice.

The products and service from Zerorez are exceptional. The service techs know their products and the proper services that need to be performed on the carpets that they are treating. The Zerorez process works extremely well. It is rare to find a company that will actually do what they say will do. Our carpets turned out beautifully. The stains have been removed and our carpets feel like they did when they were brand new.

You guys are punctual, the carpet is cleaned well, you guys are respectful of my property and it even smells great!

Technicians are very knowledgeable, professional and on-time. Zerorez was able to get even the toughest stains out -- my carpets that are over 20 years old look amazing. Same with cleaning my coaches -- they even got the gum out. I know from my last service that their process of cleaning last longer and the stains don't instantly reappear.

I like how fast you take care of a problem. I like the people that you send out. They are customer oriented, polite and helpful.
