We've used you guys probably 6 or 8 times over the years and always been 100% satisfied. However, this last time we were not happy. The carpet didn't come nearly as clean as in the past (far from it). The cleaner didn't put any plastic pads under the furniture feet. The carpet was left extremely wet. And to top it off, when we were putting paper towels under the furniture feet, we noticed the are under our lounge chair wasn't even done, there was still two small pieces of paper under the chair and a peanut. Obvious, he didn't clean there.
We'll use you again, but last experience was not favorable.

There is very little perfume or odors left from the cleaning treatment. The rugs feel natural and clean after Zerorez has cleaned them.

I really liked the technician that did our job. Chris was very nice and very professional. I am not sure your service is worth the extra charge compared to Stanley Steemer, etc...Chris was nice enough to explain the zero residue process to me and very much believed in the product.

The carpets are clean with no chemical residue or order. I like the feel the carpets have on my bare feet.

The service is great and so is the product that is being used. I had 2 stains , ( where my dog threw up ) they ate completely gone. I am a happy camper. Needless to say the crew was very friendly and professional
