I like the fact that no harsh chemicals or soap is used to clean our carpet. Our Berber carpet has only been cleaned by Zerorez and it's ten years old and still looks great.
Your method of cleaning leaves my capreting looking like new without the carpet being so wet. It does not take as long to dry. It leaves no chemical order and smells very clean. I have been using Zerorez - San Jose for seven or eight years and have never been dissatisfied with the way my capreting looked after it was cleaned.
The service person who cleaned the carpeting was very personable and did a through cleaning on my carpeting. I am sure I will be be calling Zerorez the next time I need a professional carpet cleaning done.

The went out of their way to please and did a great job~ Felt like they were very knowledgeable.
We were extremely pleased with the results of the carpet cleaning! The technician, Ronnie McDaniel, was hard-working and did an excellent job. This was the third time we had the carpets cleaned by Zerorez in less than two years. Ronnie did such a fantastic job that the carpets looked better after this third cleaning than they had after the first two cleanings.
