Not only does the product work but I had some challenging stains from pet urine and they were very accomodating and were wiling to return no charge to retreat the 2 areas. Adam really knows his carpets. Just explain what your concerns are and they will explain everything in detail and tell you what exactly to expect. No surprizes and prompt. Carpets cleaning
Both times the people were very professional and did not try a bait and switch which I came across with some other carpet cleaning companies. I also found that the spots are removed and do not seem to bleed back to the surface like other carpet cleaners. Carpet just feels cleaner.

You're on time, have professional staff, have corner bumpers... and the idea that there isn't any soap residue left in the carpet to attract dirt is nice too.
