What do you like about our products and services?

Brandon was on time and professional. He called ahead to advise me of arrival time and when he arrived he explained the process. The carpets look great! The fact that you don't use chemicals to clean the carpets. I also would like to mention that the technician who cleaned the carpets was thorough and very friendly and professional. He went over everything with me and I was pleased with how the carpet turned out.

I love the fact that you don't use soaps and cleaners. My parents had used Zerorez in their homes in Marin and we all really liked the result. I didn't remember that there was a "pre-spray"...but I still don't feel any residue. The biggest factor in this whole process was Ronnie!! The specifics he was given about where my condo unit was located weren't quite accurate and he had to do some brain-storming to get to it. He was WONDERFUL!! I've been in customer service for 40+ years and this young man was exceptional. He was kind, courteous, careful with my curtains, furniture, etc. He patiently explained things to me and did a wonderful job cleaning the carpets and my couch! I would recommend him to any of my friends! In fact, if you would send me some of his business cards, I would be happy to pass them out where I live. There are 990 units here!!!

What do you like about our products and services?

Zerorex was able to get high traffic area spots out of the carpet And we have had plenty of other companies try and not succeeded. The technician you sent was amazing and really cared about the work he was doing. I will recommend you to anyone that I know that is in need of a great carpet cleaning company. Hats of to Zerorez

What do you like about our products and services?

Alex was great, and our very dirty carpets looks almost brand new, now! My only issue, is that I was charged twice on the trip fee. Other than that, my experience was wonderful. Highly recommended.
