Service...the person who came to my house was in touch with me about when he would be arriving. I had a challenging location and he solved the problem. I was a little disappointed that I did not receive a call back from the 877 number left with me from your reminder VM. I had to call again to verify something. I also emailed several days before and received no return email/answer regarding the same verification/question that I had. I was a little on edge about it. That would be my only complaint. Carpets looks great so far...still drying.

Our technician was so kind and explained everything he was doing. The quote I got over the phone was very close to the actual amount I paid - we paid a bit more for the pet treatment. The carpets are so clean and smell fantastic and with no harmful chemicals!

The tech, Freddy, was affable and efficient – an excellent representative for your company. What I like best about your service is that the carpets are left with a chemical smell, and, usually, most stains come out. What I don't like is that you charge twice as much to clean a stairway than a bedroom.
