Love the fact that the carpet, once cleaned, is almost totally dry unlike regular steam cleaning! And, with spot cleaning, the carpets look great and no "cleaner" smell. Today I had two upholstered chairs cleaned and they got almost all the stains out and almost dry again.

The technicians, Ed and Jack, were very professional and efficient.

Since it was just done a few hours ago, I don't know yet, so far carpet looks great, free of stains and your techs were very informative and friendly!

Great service, great staff, great results!

I love that there's no chemical smell afterwards. The carpets are cleaner than with regular carpet cleaning and they stay clean longer (I used Zero Bay Area Rez once before. You carpet cleaners are very thorough and professional!

Great service. Came early and did a great job.

With Zerorez my carpet looks and smells clean and fresh and it stays that way for many months. I like that the fluid used to clean carpets is free of dangerous chemicals or soap. In addition, the Zerorez employees are always very professional.

I appreciated Freddy's conscientious manner to do the best he could to clean a carpet we had stored for a number of years with some spots on it. He took pride in his work and he was terrific. While he was there another person in the building saw the work he was doing and plans on calling for a carpet cleaning. She has not been satisfied by other vendors in the past and was very happy to find someone I recommend.

You kept in contact with me and sent the email about what your employees would and would not do. My guy, Alex, called me to let me know when he'd probably arrive. He was sweet and courteous.

My rugs are very old and were pretty dirty. But they look great. It took a few days for them to dry completely but I thought that would be the case. My husband, who is very picky thought they looked good. I will use your service again and will definitely recommend your company to others.

The technician that came to our house ( Freddy ) was pleasant and seemed to care about what he was doing. Told us about the fabric and upholstery protectant that can be used after the cleaning service which we decided to have applied . We will definitely use Zerorez again whe needed.
