The young man, Alex, that came out on Thursday to clean our carpets was great. He called to tell me exactly when he would arrive and then he showed up exactly at that time. He was very kind and professional. He did a great job on the carpets. He had to drive almost two hours between appointments though. I hope he is getting paid for the time that he is driving between appointments. I want to continue to use zerorez because you guys have always done a great job but I want to make sure that your employees are paid for the time they are driving between appointments. Can you check on the law about that? Thanks!!! It's HARD to make it here in Silicon Valley and I like to make sure the people I hire are being paid a good wage.

Excellent staff. You had to come back after an appointment 2 weeks ago because spots returned. The gentleman was very positive and professional. As of tonight, about 12 hours since cleaning, the spots appear to be gone. I will think positive. All in all, you are a good company.

The communication from start to finish from Zerorez was outstanding. The technicians called the night before to confirm, arrived on time and were very professional and courteous. Then I saw my carpets. I have not seen them look so clean since they were new. I've had several carpet cleaning companies work on them but no one has ever done as good of a job as they did. I will be recommending them to all of my friends and family.

The gentlemen called giving me 30 minutes heads up before arriving. They introduced themselves, looking me in the eyes and shaking my hand. They looked for areas the pets may have soiled with a black light (fluorescent) and I was surprised at some of the areas I did not know about. I really appreciated this information and I made arrangement to have these areas treated. The team was quick, quiet, made polite conversation and left after they wete sure I was happy with their work. Excellent rating for your employees.
