My carpet looks great and drying time is minimal. Jasiel Valenzuela was the technican. He was part of the team that came out for my first appointment. Jasiel paid closer attention to details, such as floor protectors for my furniture and corner shields for my walls, difficult spots that may or maynot come out and high traffic areas. He's timely, but didn't give the impression that he was in a hurry. He made recommendations for your products as part of the conversation without a "sales pitch". I appreciate the Zerorez process, but outstanding customer service will keep you in a league all by youself. Thank you.

Tech arrived during the timeframe told.
Very polite, profession, covered marble floors before dragging hose over.
Thorough, quick (efficient).
Got even the dark stains out, which surprised us, carpets looked great.
Have had trouble in past with another company, which I had used for years, they were not sucking up the moisture adequately. Feet got very wet walking on carpet even 10 hrs later.
Zerorez Tech did a great job, dried by end of day, even with the cold weather and no heater running.
3rd year using this company, excellent deals throughout the year.
Highly recommend, and do recommend to others.
