However, the individual who I called to confirm with was not so friendly.

Connor was right on time, polite, and knew his job. I am happy with the results from my living room, hallway and 4 bedrooms. The family room, however, isn't as clean as it should be. That was the main room where I wanted particular attention paid. It was the last room done before he left. It still looks pretty dirty and I think it needed more than one pass. I am disappointed in that one room.

I asked Connor for several business cards and I will recommend Zerorez to all my friends and neighbors.

Technicians always call prior to arrival and are smartly dressed. They always cover their shoes and keep areas clean and dry from any drips. Products are non-toxic.
