Let start by saying Zerorez save the day, We were caught in the middle of a house renovation, with surprise in-law visit, living room carpet and stairs were a a messy cause we are planning the put down new anyway, stains (pets and who knows what) was everywhere, we just need them clean as best we could and a sofa and love seat. The technician Lane Scott listened to me and what i needed, he went above and beyond what i expected. Stains that were there for over 10+ years were gone, the room smelled clean, even thou we are still going the put down new flooring, WE WILL use them for total house service including ducts, to maintain after renovation is complete.

Agent called to let me know when he was arriving. He arrived on time, knew what I wanted done and got right to work. He explained a few things about some places on my carpet. He completed the job in about 1 1/2 hours.
