As a partial cripple with 2 slightly out of control little dogs, your technician had to far exceed his normal in order to get my carpets clean and care for me and mine. Isiah not only accomplished his tasks, he did it with a smile and understanding that I sincerely appreciate. He is a true asset to your company both as a technician and a person who truly cares about your customers.

Everything was fine. The technicians were nice. There are always just a few little things that keep it from being a 9 or 10 but nothing major. I guess I give it an 8 because nothing stands out as being exceptional. However, one thing was exceptional this visit. The receptionist who helped me set up the appt was amazing! I didn't have many available times to schedule a 4 hour window and she patiently worked with me. Also, I couldn't commit to the end of the 4 hour window so she said she would make sure I was scheduled earlier. The technicians were right at the top of the 4 hour window. Remembering all this now, I think I'd rate the experience a 9! So I went back and changed it from an 8!

The technician, Niko, was on time, courteous, efficient and did an excellent job. I give him 5 out of five stars.

We have had our carpet cleaned by you for the last 3 years. We always liked the results, especially that the carpets do not take days to dry.
This time we had some large spots, footprints left by a careless handyman, they are gone. The area looks like new.

Technician was on time, called ahead as stated. He came in and set up, then went to work.

Great results, courteous service (really nice technician), communication when he would arrive. Got straight to work - efficient.

The crew of two (Lane and Robert) did an excellent job on my very old wall-to-wall carpet. They called ahead, arrived on time and cleaned two rooms and the hallway in a little under an hour.

Everything about the process was courteous and professional. The technician was clean cut and polite and worked quickly.

I did notice, this time, some areas with a dull residue left on some of the tile. When I wiped it off with a clean towel, the towel was dirty. This occurred in about 5 places.
There were also 4 areas with small puddles ( a square foot or slightly less) of water.

They did a great job of getting the "Spot-Bot" spots out of the living room carper!!
