The guy that came out was very thoughtful. My window was for 12:00-4:00. He called at 11:00 and told me he would be there around 3:30. I would have been able to do errands if needed because her narrowed down the window. He also called me about 10 minutes before he got there to just give me update. Too bad other companies don't let you know if you have a late appointment that you have time to do errands. He was polite and knew what he was doing. I give him a 10 plus.

Prompt and professional service. Thorough checking for pet residue using a special lighting tool which made visible areas, I did and didn't realize, that needed special attention in cleaning. I had a couch that was very dirty, which came out looking like new.

I thought Connor did a thorough job. I have a spot in the family room he worked on but didn't come out.
