Product did a very good job cleaning some very dirty carpet. Employee was extremely conscientious about covering every portion of the carpets to ensure that as much dirt as possible could be removed. The only negative I could point to is that the employee could have been a little more careful in his spraying of the emulsifying agent he used on the dirtiest spots. It was getting on some of the furniture. Other than that, he did a great job!

Fast service and good job service people have very upbeat attitude
It left a nice clean scent from the carpets. The tile, grout line & glass doors in shower -we’re cleaner with your products, compared to my over the counter items used prior without much luck from me. Good value for what’s done. Friendly, professional Staff to talk with & they call- text- reminders about appointments & followup.

I like how clean and fresh the carpet and couch looks. I do not like how they ask for a tip afterwards. If your technicians need to be tipped after I spent 350 dollars on your service, you need to pay them more. He was at my house for about an hour and we paid 350 dollars. I'm not sure how yall pay your technicians but he should have gotten between 25 and 50 dollars for the service from you. That leaves 300 to 325 dollars for the company. Plenty of profit there. Pay them more and stop asking for tips.
