So I want to start by saying that Ryan did an amazing job cleaning up all of the blood on our carpets.

So I'll start at the beginning: last week was our sons 19th birthday and he's always wanted a clown but we could never afford it until now. So we found a clown online (only $10 for the whole day!) and he arrived promptly at 9pm for our party. As he was juggling fire swords in our living room, he accidentally tripped on a dog toy and flung the swords right towards my wife! Luckily they missed her and hit a blow up doll instead. But the clown fell on his flower pin and it sprayed odd-tasting water right on my face, which then caused me to profusely throw-up all over the carpet. It's like I couldn't control it...

So where does the blood come in? Well...later that night after the clown was long gone, I hopped in the shower and before I knew it...the water that was spewing out of the shower was blood red, well okay...it WAS blood. Maybe a bad sewer line? Anyway, I couldn't turn it off and it ended up flooding into our bedroom carpet. What a mess!

Arrived on time, very courteous, did a good job cleaning carpet and upholstery. He gave me a bottle of spot cleaner to use if needed. He took two 8x10 rugs with him to be cleaned in house. The men returned them about a week later and they had done a god job of cleaning.

I ordered my ducts to be cleaned, and that's what I paid for. The service person that came only vacumed around my furnace (I could have done that). I didn't realize that was all there was to it until later. I just feel I didn't get what I ordered and paid for.

This was my first time using Zerorez. I was so pleased with the gentleman who cleaned my parent’s carpet. He was very professional and nice. I explained the stains and he explained how he would treat and clean them. I was not sure if the stains would be able to be cleaned. He was able to remove all the stains and the carpet looks new. I was so pleased with the service that just after he left, I scheduled service for my home.
