This is my 3rd time using ZR and I feel great about the purity of the product going into my carpet to clean. Our technician was professional, informative and respectful of our home. I have recommended ZR to my neighbors and will be using yall again when we need a deep clean.

The technician was friendly, proffesional and quick. He was able to remove 98% of a very large stain in my office that has been there for a couple of years. Very happy with the outcome. We were able to walk on our carpet right away. He cleaned while we worked at our desks. Fabulous!
