Technicians were very friendly & knowledgeable. They checked for pet stains & treated them before carpet cleaning, Our carpet came out very fresh & clean. I love that you have a 30 day guarantee. My couch had stains that did not come out the first time. Trey, our technician, was very professional and very polite. He came back out and retreated the couch and got all the stains out! I would highly recommend Zerorez and I highly recommend Trey!
