Safe

Great job!

Tony was extremely knowledgeable and wonderful to work with! Spent extra time explaining the types of carpets I had and what would be best for them considering we have large pets.

Quick, clean no odor

Technician was friendly and professional

Great communication amongst team and the individual who came out was very friendly and professional. We needed to get cigarette smoke and some serious stains the previous homeowners left on/in the carpet in our new home and the results were fantastic! Not all of the stains came out but that was due to them being there for many years and soaking into the rug, but the cigarette smoke has dissipated tremendously from before and larger black stains from foot traffic and furniture have been removed almost completely. I would highly recommend to friends and family or anyone looking for clean carpets!

I also like the idea that they use all natural cleaning products and no harsh chemicals. We have a dog and we wanted to make sure he was not going to be effected by the cleaning solution and smell.

Technician was great! Very helpful and answered all our questions. Very professional.
Zerorez doesn't use a lot of chemicals and our carpet looks great.

Great service! Very professional!

I think the products and services were very good. Our Tech did an amazing job and got our carpets back to new even though our dogs had trekked GA red mud all over the place.

We have used Zerorez in the past, but our technician did a fantastic job! He diagnosed several issues with the treatment of our carpet, and not only walked around to show me what he would do to clean it, but offered several very helpful tips for how to prolong the carpet’s life! Great job!
