Brandon and Q were professional, courteous and delivered excellent customer service. The before and after pictures of my air duct was appreciated. Providing a before picture of the air duct system allowed me to see the build up and to understand the thorough cleaning and the results. Brandon explained the air duct cleaning process prior to beginning the service, and suggestion was given to ensure the system remains in good condition as long as the cleaning is maintained. Everyone was polite and professional. Work was perfomed in a very timely manner. Both visits were much earlier than expected which could have been a problem had the house not been accessible.
A couple of ducts were missed and the crew was back within 24 hours to complete the job. Good communication between the scheduler, crew, and myself made the experience pleasant.
